Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. All orders are insured and dispatched the same day when placed before 3 PM (CET). Delivery times vary by destination.
Within the Netherlands, insured shipping and returns are complimentary, including a pre-paid insured return label.

Please note:

Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets strict return conditions.
Returns must be approved in advance via returns@designerbagz.nl.

Clients in the Netherlands will receive a complimentary insured return label.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once the item has been received in original condition and passed final inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
Returns from within the Netherlands are complimentary and include an insured return label.
Clients outside the Netherlands are responsible for their own return shipping, including customs fees.
Yes, you need to keep the original packaging and tags. Returns are only accepted if both DesignerbagZ tags remain intact and attached.
The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including:
- No signs of wear, use, or odors
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Yes. As per EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we kindly ask you to notify DB Client Care as soon as possible to help prevent unnecessary dispatch.
If you wish to modify your order (such as change the shipping address or product variation), please contact DB Client Care immediately. Once your order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer guaranteed.
If your return does not comply with the legal return criteria (as outlined in EU consumer law), it may be refused or subject to a fee for restoration.
Every item is visually documented before dispatch, and inspected upon return. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, DesignerbagZ reserves the right to reject the return or deduct applicable repair costs.

Due to the rarity and exclusive nature of our pieces, exact restocks cannot be guaranteed. However, similar models may become available in the future. Returning clients can request sourcing assistance for specific items and enjoy early access to new arrivals.

Our collection is sourced from a highly trusted network of professional suppliers worldwide. Each supplier has a long-standing relationship with us and proven expertise in the luxury resale market.
Each bag undergoes a thorough in-house inspection by our experts to ensure authenticity and condition. For preservation reasons, cleaning is minimal and only done superficially when appropriate, as many items are delicately finished or feature original materials.
Every bag is also authenticated by an independent third-party expert before listing.
Please note: cleaning is not part of our service and should not be expected. Minor dust or traces of previous use may be present, especially in interior compartments.
We currently operate online only and do not have a physical showroom.
