Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide with insured and secure delivery. Orders placed before 3PM CET are dispatched the same day, Monday through Friday.
Shipping rates
- Netherlands: Complimentary insured shipping
- EU countries: €39.99 flat rate (insured)
- Rest of the world: €79.99 flat rate (insured)
Please note:
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees in their destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be settled directly with your local authorities.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
Your purchase will be carefully packed in luxury materials, discreet and unbranded for privacy and safety.
Delivery times (indicative)
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- International: 3–10 business days, depending on destination
Delays
While we aim to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs, peak periods, or courier disruptions. DesignerbagZ is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Responsibility
We insure all shipments until delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the issue with priority.
